About the Job as Store Salesperson

We are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers in Lidköping with the best possible service and support them with qualified advice in the store. Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain.

You will work with all the tasks that occur in a store, and it is expected that you take personal responsibility and initiative and want to be part of our journey to develop the store towards new successes. As a store salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for providing advice, completing sales, and ensuring that they leave the store with fantastic service and the best products for their needs.

In our store in Lidköping, you will be part of a team of a total of 4 store salespeople. At the branch, several other functions from the company sit, including inside salespeople, and together, there is a group of about 15 people collaborating during the days.

We are looking for someone who is open, responsible, and service-oriented. To provide our customers with good service, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude. We work together at Ahlsell to make it easy for our customers - we call it One Ahlsell.

In this recruitment, it is a requirement that you have experience in plumbing, preferably having worked as a plumbing installer earlier in your career. To thrive in the role, you need to be comfortable with many points of contact, and we prefer that you have experience in a similar role previously. You should also have some computer skills, be open to change, and have an interest in learning new things.
