Sea To Summit is an international premium brand in outdoor equipment, known for innovation, functionality, and high quality. Our products are used by everyone from enthusiasts to professional adventurers around the world. We are now looking for a Nordic Service Support Representative who wants to be a key person in the interaction between our products, our retailers, and our end customers.

About the role

As a Customer Support Representative, you are an important part of our support and service team. You are responsible for ensuring efficient and professional support to our customers and business partners in the Nordic market. You serve as a central contact point for service and support-related inquiries and work closely with internal functions such as sales, logistics, and international teams. The role is varied and combines customer service, logistics, problem-solving, and other administrative tasks – always with a focus on quality and relationships. The position is based at our office in Mölndal and you report to the Sales Director Nordic.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming inquiries via email and phone
• Customer and retailer support regarding products, orders, and deliveries
• Providing product and user support regarding Sea To Summit's range
• Order administration as well as handling complaints and returns
• Documentation and follow-up in business and case management systems
• Collaboration with sales team, warehouse, and international colleagues
• Contributing to continuous improvement of service processes and routines

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in customer service, support, or administrative work
• Good administrative skills and a structured approach
• The ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with high quality
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good system familiarity; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
• Service-oriented and professional in your approach
• Solution-focused and responsible
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative

Other

The position is initially a project employment for about 10 months starting as soon as possible, but there are good opportunities for extension. The position is based at our office in Mölndal and you report to the Nordic Sales Director.
