At Höganäs Kakel, you will meet both professional customers and consumers. We are a specialist store with a strong focus on quality, service, and long-term customer relationships. The store currently consists of a small team with two employees – in logistics and sales – and we are looking for someone who wants to help develop both the team and the business.

As Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations when the Store Manager is not present. The role is operational with a strong focus on sales, structure, and leadership.

You will:

• Drive and develop sales towards both consumer and professional customers

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the store

• Create and develop routines and processes

• Schedule staff

• Handle invoices and administrative tasks

• Lead and support the team in daily operations

• Ensure structure and collaboration in a group that needs clear leadership

• Has previous leadership experience

• Has experience from the industry (meritorious)

• Has experience in retail sales

• Is confident in taking responsibility and making decisions

• Is structured and good at creating order and routines

• Has a B driver's license (or moped license)

• Has a forklift license
