Are you a driven person who enjoys sales? Do you want to help private customers find inspiring kitchen solutions? Härjedalskök, one of the largest kitchen suppliers in the Nordics, is now looking for salespeople in Gothenburg. As a salesperson, you will have a varied workday where you are involved in the process from the first contact with the customer to a finished kitchen.

This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Härjedalskök.

The company owns the entire value chain - from production to sales and installation and has over 30 years of experience. They are now looking for two new salespeople who thrive in a varied workday and enjoy meeting private customers in their homes to create kitchens that fit their everyday lives. The company works closely with its customers and places great importance on collaboration, energy, and good customer experiences - they love kitchens, but people even more.
💼 Job responsibilities
As a salesperson at Härjedalskök, you will work with proactive sales towards the private market and have a varied workday where customer meetings at private homes make up a large part of the work. The goal is to inspire customers and together develop the best kitchen solution based on their needs and wishes. In this role, you will build long-term and trusting relationships, adapt the sales process to each customer, and ensure a safe and inspiring experience throughout the journey - from the first contact to the finished kitchen. You will be responsible for contacting private individuals interested in a new kitchen solution, booking and conducting home visits with potential customers, and presenting kitchen solutions in an engaging and trust-building manner. In addition, you will participate in various sales activities such as fairs, events, booths, and other arrangements. You will also have a great deal of freedom under responsibility and plan and structure your own workday in close collaboration with the sales manager. In this role, you will work from home with your company car and spend the majority of your time in the field.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Interest in working with sales, previous work experience in sales/customer service is an advantage
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• B driver's license
To be successful in this role, you are responsible and engaged in the entire sales journey - from the first contact to the finished kitchen. You adapt your dialogue and working methods to the customer's needs and wishes while ensuring clear progress. You work in a structured and persistent manner with sales, motivated by delivering strong customer experiences and driven to create long-term results. Good communication skills are important, both towards customers and internally with colleagues, to create security and quality throughout the process.

Start: By agreement Location: Gothenburg Salary: Fixed salary + commission
