YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs a customer-focused salesperson at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Your daily tasks are varied, with the following foundation:- Prospecting new customers
- Handling cold and warm calls to clients
- Identifying staffing needs for new and existing clients
- Customizing solutions in staffing and recruitment for the client, acting as an advisor to the client's recruitment needs
- Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in-person at the client's location
- Follow-up and customer care in both the short and long term
We are looking for someone eager to develop and driven to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You thrive in working with freedom under responsibility and actively pursue your own development! You take ownership of your work and are keen to motivate your surroundings to succeed together!
Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Driving license B
- Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
- B2B experience
