We are now looking for a customer service representative for Fello!
Say hello to common sense and fair conditions! Fello is the mobile operator that offers mobile subscriptions to individuals all over Sweden. Their subscriptions are flexible, easy to understand, and have no binding period. At Fello, you stay because you want to, not because you have to!
Your role
As an employee at Felloservice, you play an important role in creating a positive experience for both new and existing "fellos". The customer experience is at the center of everything you do, and the role is central to the entire operation. The position is a consulting assignment through us at Clevry for an initial 6 months with a great chance of further extension or for Fello to hire you directly.
The role involves handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email. The team is small but growing, and you will work closely with your colleagues, sharing experiences and discussing customer questions.
Main responsibilities

- Assist colleagues
Scope: Full-time (40h/week).
Location: Central Gothenburg (Johan Willins gata 6)

Your profile
We value your personal qualities; in addition, we wish that you have:
- Experience in service and contact with people
- Good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
- High school education
It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role or have other service experience. It is also a plus if you have a technical interest and familiarity with systems or have used the phone as a tool in previous work.

The recruitment process
In this recruitment process, Fello collaborates with the consulting and recruitment company Clevry. In a possible interview with Clevry, you will undergo a personality test, and the test results will be discussed in more detail during this occasion. In this process, we will also conduct reference checks on the final candidates.
