Description

The HR department of the Exploitation Administration is now looking for a committed and solution-oriented HR administrator.

If you are used to working broadly, have a natural ability to see the big picture, and want to contribute to development, this could be your next opportunity!

As an HR administrator, you will be part of our HR department, led by the HR manager of the administration, consisting of 6 HR specialists and 2 HR administrators. The department offers close HR support to the 30 managers in the office and assists them with both operational and strategic issues to create a sustainable organization with good leadership and employee engagement. As an HR administrator, you will work closely with all colleagues in the team. You will also collaborate closely with our department administrators and guide them in their tasks, ensuring that the organization's managers and employees receive consistent and professional support.

We offer the possibility of a flexible working method, and part of the work takes place in the digital space. We value an open climate and good collaboration, and with us, you will be part of an engaged and creative HR team.

Responsibilities

As an HR administrator, you will have a central and coordinating role where you manage and administer HR-related matters. You will also actively contribute to developing our work processes by identifying areas for improvement, simplifying routines, and contributing to the development of effective working methods.

In the role of HR administrator, you are responsible for managing and administering our personnel system, Personec, while supporting managers, HR specialists, and department administrators in their use of the system. This may involve checking payroll information before payroll runs, conducting flex checks, onboarding new employees, and managing payroll liabilities, pension issues, and vacation lists. You will also set up new hires, register departures, and manage contracts in both Personec and our physical personnel archives. In addition, you will be responsible for other personnel administration.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in the personnel field. You have documented experience in HR administrative work and are accustomed to working in HR systems. You also have good knowledge of labor law issues. It is an advantage if you have worked in Personec, and previous experience from municipal or regional administration is meritorious.

You express yourself well in both speech and writing and appreciate providing service to employees and managers. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a given, as well as a genuine interest in IT and digital development. You are familiar with systems and see digital tools as a natural part of streamlining and developing HR administrative processes.

You thrive in an independent role with administrative tasks where you can use your problem-solving skills and are challenged in your daily work. You are driven, meticulous, and responsible, and you find it easy to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You enjoy both coordinating and creating structure, as well as developing routines and processes and contributing to the organization's development and improvement work. To thrive in the role, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, a professional service mindset, and can easily build trusting relationships.

We warmly welcome your application!

Conditions

Before a possible interview, you need to present a passport/national ID/certificate of residence issued by the Tax Agency and possibly proof of residence permit if you have citizenship outside the EU/EEA. This is to ensure your identity and confirm that you have the right to work in Sweden. In the process, you may also be asked to provide proof of qualifications if this is a requirement for the position.

We want the Exploitation Administration to be characterized by openness and respect for differences, and we believe that diversity contributes to the development of our operations.

To ensure the quality of the recruitment process, meet the requirements of GDPR, and enable good communication with our applicants, we ask you to submit your application digitally and not via email or letter.

We kindly but firmly decline direct contact with staffing, candidate search, and recruitment companies, as well as the sale of additional advertisements.

About us

Every day throughout the year, the Exploitation Administration plays a central role in the growth and development of Gothenburg in new residential areas, parks, squares, road and tram lines, bridges, and tunnels, while creating conditions for future housing and business as a landowner. The administration also works to acquire and manage housing for households that have difficulty arranging their own housing, while actively working to end homelessness in Gothenburg by 2028. The Exploitation Administration is part of the urban development administrations in Gothenburg City.

Together, we work to create conditions for a well-functioning infrastructure, quality housing and premises, an inviting public environment, and strive for the city to be sustainable from all perspectives.
