The Staffing Unit within Health and Care in Gullspång Municipality is looking for a coordinator within the organization to meet the future challenges associated with the skills challenge in the municipality. In preparation for this development, we want to ensure that we have a stable organization for our residents and employees.

One step in this is to create a secure staffing unit responsible for recruitment and staffing of our substitutes within health and care.

For this unit, we now need to hire a coordinator whose main task is to recruit employees and manage substitute placements within health and care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a coordinator in the Staffing Unit, you will organizationally belong to Health and Care. Your overall tasks consist of:

• Recruiting employees within Health and Care.
• Resolving absences in the operations.

This work includes:

• Interviewing candidates and taking references.
• Preparing employment contracts.
• Scheduling new employees for introductory training.
• Issuing new permissions in various digital tools.
• Registering new employees in the planning tool Medvind.
• Approving and certifying working hours for substitutes.
• Vacation planning.
• Creating summer schedules for the operations.
• Responsible for LAS lists.
• Recruiting youth summer workers.
• Responsible for short-term and long-term pools.

The purpose of the Staffing Unit is to relieve unit managers and centralize and create an efficient recruitment process. Additional tasks may be added over time. You will work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday during daytime.

QUALIFICATIONS

To fit the role of coordinator, you should have at least a high school education. If you have further education in the personnel area, it is an advantage. We would like you to have experience in recruitment/personnel planning and knowledge of the planning tool Medvind as well as basic knowledge of labor law.

As a person, you should enjoy having many contacts, be communicative, structured, and positive. Your colleagues should feel that you are a flexible employee who is engaged and helpful in the work of jointly ensuring recruitment and staffing of substitutes. You thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment, are stress-resistant, and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the work team. Since we work with several different IT tools, it is required that you can quickly grasp what is needed for the job and feel comfortable continuously learning new systems. A driver's license is required for the position.
