Are you a positive and engaged person with good experience in service? Do you thrive in a role where you meet many people daily in a fast-paced and varied environment? We are now looking for a driven part-time receptionist for Bravura's student pool at pleasant offices around central Gothenburg.
About the position
This is a part-time consulting assignment that varies in employment degree and working hours, depending on our clients' needs. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our clients in Central Gothenburg. Working hours are scheduled based on needs between 07:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

💼 Responsibilities
As a receptionist, you will work on welcoming visitors and guiding them to the right part of the offices, notifying about booked and spontaneous visits, and answering questions from both staff and external visitors. You will manage bookings for conference rooms as well as smaller events and handle loan cards and the check-in and check-out of keys. The role also includes maintaining order in the conference rooms and ensuring they are fresh and inviting. You will also assist with technical equipment in the conference rooms. Furthermore, you will be responsible for mail handling, making fault reports, and following up on any issues in the properties.

Manage bookings and check-in/check-out of keys/loan cards
Assist with technical equipment and maintain order in conference rooms
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
Other main employment of at least 50%
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good computer and system skills in the Office suite
Previous experience in service is an advantage
