As a financial administrator within Financial Services, you will have the opportunity to develop both the organization and yourself. We are now looking for a summer temp for the summer of 2026!

Job Description

You will be part of a unit with 20 people working with accounting within VGR, serving clients in management, culture, and education administration. The position is based in Mariestad. Your tasks will include:

• Ongoing accounting
• Invoice coding
• Controls and case management

To provide good service in the role of financial administrator, you need to:

• have a professional customer approach
• be meticulous and have a good numerical memory
• have strong analytical skills
• be able to organize and prioritize your work
• enjoy working independently as well as collaboratively.

You should have at least a high school education in finance, or equivalent work experience. You should be computer literate and communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have basic knowledge of English.

It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in accounting, good experience with Excel/pivot tables, and/or experience with Raindance and/or Proceedo.

We offer 1 summer temp position for the summer of 2026, from June to August.
