We are looking for an additional colleague to our team in Trollhättan who also wants to enrich every single life, every day. We are seeking someone in a leadership role who is motivated by working with people, quality, development, and whose heart beats especially hard for care.

As a project manager with us, you will be responsible for the overall personal assistance for our clients. You enable our clients to live their lives according to their wishes and circumstances while ensuring that your assistance assignments maintain good quality. In this role, you need to be attentive, relationship-building, and instill confidence in our clients, assistants, and colleagues. Your points of contact are both internal with colleagues at Kura as well as central support functions and also externally with, for example, the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, trade unions, etc. You are also the manager and leader for our personal assistants, where you are a motivating, secure, and clear leader with our employees in focus.

The role includes tasks related to:

• Client relationships and client responsibility

• Quality work and documentation

• Finance and budget

• Personnel responsibility and employee processes for your clients' assistants

• Work environment issues

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a responsible leadership role

• Prefers social contexts and building relationships

• Is service-minded and a pedagogical communicator

• Enjoys independent work while having good collaboration skills

• Is structured, good at planning, and solution-focused

• Has a basic understanding of finance and budgeting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in care and support, or other experience that the employer considers equivalent.

• Preferably previous managerial and/or leadership experience with a strong interest in the leadership role

• Accustomed to working administratively in various systems

• Has a B driver's license

• Experience in a similar role, working within LSS / Personal assistance or other connections to people with disabilities is considered meritorious.

More about the position:

The position is based at our office in Trollhättan.

The position is full-time, permanent (we apply a probationary period)

The work is scheduled Monday to Friday, with the possibility of evening work in the form of meetings and client activities. Travel is included in the position, where overnight stays may occur.

Start date: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
