We are now looking for two Finance Business Partners for exciting consulting assignments within a global and technology-driven organization in Gothenburg. The assignments are full-time, on-site, and will last for one year starting in February 2026.

This is an opportunity for you who want to work closely with senior decision-makers, product development, and complex program environments, either in a more operational role or in a more strategic and senior context.

Roles in brief In both roles, you will work as a business partner to a senior vice president and their management team. You will be responsible for both operational controlling and program controlling, contributing with financial analyses, governance, and decision support throughout the planning and program lifecycle.

One role is more operational and program-close towards vehicle projects, while the other is more strategic with a focus on architecture, platform, and technology programs.

Responsibilities Act as the primary financial business partner to management and key stakeholders. Develop financial analyses and decision-making materials for strategic and operational decisions. Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities 💡

Be responsible for monthly closing, follow-up, and variance analyses. Monitor opex and operational KPIs. Ensure compliance with internal financial guidelines and controls.

Manage program budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Track project costs, burn rate, and forecast accuracy. Ensure financial coordination between technology, procurement, and program management.

Review and approve purchase requests and supplier invoices. Ensure transparency and budget discipline throughout the program lifecycle.

Lead budget and forecasting processes. Consolidate financial plans and present materials for senior management 📊

Qualifications Academic degree in finance or accounting. For the mid-level role: 2 to 5 plus years of relevant experience in controlling or finance. For the senior role: 5 plus years of relevant experience in finance and business partnering. Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana, Excel, and Power BI. Experience working in complex and cross-functional organizations.
