Our power grid is over 12,000 miles long, and we supply electricity to nearly 900,000 customers. About the Role

Our unit works to support customers who are completely or partially without power. We handle cases via phone and email and receive reports of faults from field personnel. The operation runs 24/7, year-round, which means that the work is done in shifts, affecting early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, but not nights.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support to customers who are completely or partially without power via phone and email.
• Receive and manage reports of faults from field personnel.

This work gives you valuable insight into customer management and Vattenfall Eldistribution's operations. You will gain practical experience in customer support and field communication, which can be an excellent foundation for future career opportunities in the industry.

Requirements

Requirements:

• You are over 18 years old.
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
• You are currently studying.
• Comfortable using computers and IT-based systems & tools.
• Experience in customer service over the phone and email is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
