Be the face of the branch by offering the best possible service and interaction to Swedbank's retail and corporate customers.
The tasks are varied and include handling service issues in unbooked customer meetings and working nationally with service issues via incoming phone calls.
Contribute to our goals through an efficient working method with a strong focus on increased accessibility, customer satisfaction, and proactivity.
Collaborate and build good relationships with colleagues within the bank to develop our customers' financial health, identify customer needs, and refer when other expertise is needed to create added value in the customer meeting.
Further develop and broaden your skills – there are several career opportunities within the bank and personal development is encouraged.
Be passionate about service, put the customer first, and contribute to customer satisfaction by being proactive in customer meetings, having good business acumen, and being solution-focused.
