About the Position

The assignment involves being responsible for driving the listing of new products with leading retail and convenience chains in Europe. The role is central to the company's growth strategy and requires a solid understanding of how large chains operate with assortment, purchasing, launch processes, and category development.

What the Role Entails

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage European chains within the e-commerce segment, convenience, grocery retail, and specialized retail.
  • Drive the entire listing process: prospecting, initial contact, negotiation, quote structure, launch plan, and follow-up.
  • Ensure optimal commercial terms: listing fees, campaign plans, activations, volume targets, and price architecture.
  • Build long-term relationships with category managers and purchasing managers.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, marketing organization, and logistics to ensure a scalable launch in multiple markets.
  • Analyze competition, market data, and chain-specific requirements to increase the likelihood of listing and sales impact.

Qualifications

  • Documented experience in getting products listed with larger European chains.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and accustomed to working towards KPIs and growth targets.
  • Good understanding of European retail structures, category management, and launch processes.
  • Ability to represent rapidly growing companies in dialogue with large chain corporations.
  • High work capacity, structure, and ability to drive multiple parallel processes.
  • Professional-level English; additional European languages are a plus.

Employment

The entire recruitment process is handled by the Nordic Staffing Group, but the employment occurs directly with Nordic Pouch. The position begins with a six-month probationary period, with the ambition of a permanent position.
