Newsec offers property owners, investors, and tenants a complete range of services within the areas of Property Asset Management and Advisory. We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant for a fixed-term employment at Newsec in Gothenburg.
Your role
As an accounting assistant at Newsec, you will be part of a dedicated team that ensures secure management of clients' financial administration according to applicable management agreements. You belong to the growing business area of financial management and are a natural team player who contributes to the work of maintaining satisfied customers and employees. Your responsibilities will include:
Invoice management for supplier invoices; registration, coding, flow, and payment
Accruals of supplier invoices
Ongoing bookkeeping
Customer invoicing, supporting documentation for invoicing
Archiving and mail handling
Support function for Unit4 ERP, EFH, Yardi for managers and clients
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant post-secondary education in finance
We expect you to be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Excel
Meritorious:
Previous experience working with finance-related tasks
Knowledge of Unit4 ERP, EFH, Yardi
