We are looking to strengthen our team and are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll and Accounting Administrator for Rikstvätt Bengtsfors AB. You will be part of the administration team at the headquarters in Bengtsfors. This position offers a unique opportunity for you to contribute your expertise in payroll and personnel administration as well as finance, and to be part of a continued growth journey.
About the role of Payroll and Accounting Administrator
You will have a central role within the administration, where you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll and personnel administration as well as certain financial tasks. The role is divided into two main areas: the majority of the work focuses on HR and payroll, while a smaller part is directed towards finance. You will report directly to the HR manager and work closely with the finance function to ensure effective and accurate payroll management for approximately 130 employees.
Qualifications to succeed in the role:
Mandatory qualifications:
·At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within payroll administration.
·Good practical experience in payroll management according to Unionen/Metall/Transport.
·Good understanding of labor law, collective agreements, and payroll-related legislation.
·Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with HR and finance.
·Experience working with the payroll system Visma.
·Knowledge of VAT declarations, taxes, and liquidity accounting.

Your main tasks will include:
·Calculating and preparing payroll payment proposals according to applicable collective agreements and Swedish tax legislation.
·Managing and administering employee absences, vacations, and other payroll-related issues in the payroll system.
·Administering employee hours in our time system Tidomat.
·Administering employment contracts and other personnel-related documents through the payroll system Visma.
·Administering payroll files via bank and preparing employer declarations. Payment of salaries and handling of other verifications is done in collaboration with a colleague.
·If necessary, reviewing, coding, and posting as well as assisting in monthly and annual financial statements.
