Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a sea freight forwarder with a background in international logistics. In this role, you will work with planning, coordinating, and following up on sea transports worldwide. You will be an important part of the customer’s operations and work closely with both customers and shipping companies to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality transport solutions.

Job responsibilities may include:

Responsible for planning, booking, and following up on sea transports (import and export).
Manage customer contact, transport documentation, and sea-related documents.
Create, update, and follow up on cases in business and transport systems.
Proactively work with deviations, problem-solving, and delivery follow-up in the transport chain.
Collaborate with shipping companies, customers, agents, and internal departments to ensure correct and timely deliveries.
Analyze transport flows and actively contribute to improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements:

Experience working as a sea freight forwarder.
Good knowledge of sea freight processes, Incoterms, and transport documentation.
Comfortable using various business and transport systems.
Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
Able to handle rapid changes and deliver high quality even in a fast-paced environment.
