Job Description
In this role, you will work administratively to ensure that deliveries to our customers function according to agreements and arrangements. You will follow up on orders, transports, and completed assignments, ensuring quality, profitability, and correct handling in our systems.
You will be responsible for administrative transport planning of incoming flows as well as for finalizing and following up on completed transport assignments. An important part of the role is to handle, investigate, and rectify deviations related to delivery, cost, and quality.
By working with reports and follow-ups, you will identify trends and areas for improvement and act proactively to develop and streamline logistics for our customers. You will also ensure correct pricing against carriers and recipients in our business system, in accordance with applicable agreements.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administrative work, preferably within logistics or transport
- Is accustomed to working in business systems and administrative systems
- Thrives in structure, follow-up, and working with details
- Has a good understanding of agreements, flows, and financial connections
- Is analytical and enjoys working with reports and documentation
- Is communicative and service-oriented in contact with both colleagues and external parties
