Business Controller at Willhem

Do you want to work closely with the business in a stable and long-term housing company where your analyses make a real difference? As a Business Controller at Willhem, you play a key role in supporting management with follow-up and analysis, working closely with operations across the country, and contributing to a more business-oriented and value-creating way of working. Welcome to submit your application!

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Business Controller at Willhem, you have a central and business-oriented role in supporting management with follow-up, analysis, and key performance indicators. You work with both revenue and cost tracking and gather needs for further development of working methods, tools, and follow-up models. With the budget-free management as a starting point, you work with the business in focus to support managers in making well-founded decisions in their daily work and contribute to long-term value-creating property management.

In this role, you work closely with property managers and real estate managers in about 13 locations across the country, which involves regular travel to Willhem's local offices and properties, a few travel days per month. Through close dialogue with the business, you function as a qualified and attentive support, capturing local needs and transforming them into clear analyses, improvement insights, and good working methods that can be spread between locations. You report to the head of controllers, are based at the head office, and work closely with colleagues in the finance department to ensure the best possible support for management and the business at large.

To succeed in this role, you need to switch between diving deep into details and seeing the big picture to draw relevant conclusions about future developments. You have a good overall understanding of the company's financial processes and how they interact, and you play an important role in challenging existing working methods and driving a more value-creating approach within the organization. The role requires a proactive and business-oriented attitude as well as a willingness to take significant personal responsibility.

Willhem is a stable and expanding housing company with a long-term and strong owner in the form of the First AP Fund. The company's mission is to create secure and good returns for Sweden's pensioners, which permeates the work with business acumen, efficient operations, and sustainable development of the property portfolio.

You are offered
