Do you want to work as a Compensation & Benefits specialist in a global automotive company? As a consultant at Jefferson Wells, you will combine strategic and operational Comp & Ben work in an international environment where Pay Equity, Job Architecture, and Compensation analysis are in focus.

About the assignment:

Start: February 1, 2026 | End: December 31, 2026

As a Comp & Ben Specialist, you will be an advisor to HR and management on matters related to compensation and benefits. You will work with both Swedish processes and global projects.

You will:

• Lead work on Pay Transparency & Pay Equity
• Develop and manage Job Architecture
• Provide expert support in Compensation & Benefits
• Drive local and global Comp & Ben initiatives
• Manage operational processes such as merit review, bonus programs, and benefits

Your profile

You are analytical, meticulous, and thrive in a role where you switch between strategy and hands-on work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Relevant academic degree
• Good knowledge of compensation models and job evaluation
• Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working in international environments

You will be part of a small, agile global C&B team at the client's headquarters in Gothenburg. Here, we work in a hybrid model with a focus on flexibility, collaboration, and results.
