ABOUT THE POSITION
C-PRO AB is looking for an Accounting Assistant with reporting responsibility at 75% who wants to take a central role in the company's finance function. C-PRO is an established and stable company in industrial automation and electrical installations, with long experience and a strong focus on quality, service, and long-term customer relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing financial administration and work with varied tasks such as invoicing and order registration, ongoing bookkeeping, as well as managing customer and supplier accounts. You will also be responsible for payroll administration, VAT and tax declarations, and preparations for year-end closing in collaboration with external parties. The role involves independent responsibility and close cooperation with other parts of the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Invoicing and order registration
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Preparations for year-end closing
- Management of supplier and customer accounts
- Tax declarations
- VAT declarations
- Payroll administration
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous experience from a finance position and is used to independently handling all tasks involved in the role
- Has good system skills and experience working in financial systems
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
- Holds a B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have
- Experience from the business system Visma Administration 2000
