Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? Trygghetsjouren is now looking for a dedicated and responsible on-call leader who wants to help create security for the elderly and people with disabilities.

Trygghetsjouren's three main tasks are to lead operations during on-call hours, make decisions on emergency assistance according to SoL, and receive alarm calls from home security alarms, with approximately 11,000 alarms connected. We also conduct supervision via security cameras.

We have about 50 employees including technicians, alarm operators, managers, first on-call leaders, and on-call leaders. Our target group consists of the elderly and individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities.

The goal of Trygghetsjouren is to provide security at home based on individual needs and desires, and we have high standards for the quality of our work.

As an on-call leader, your tasks will vary between receiving alarms, conducting supervision via security cameras, emergency assistance assessments, and operational leadership. These tasks include documentation and administrative duties.

Working hours are primarily at night, and weekend work may occur.

About You

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another academic qualification that the employer deems equivalent.

Experience as a social worker, unit manager, and/or experience from actual operations (care homes, home care, housing with special services, or similar) is an advantage.

You take responsibility for your tasks and the tasks of the group. You think about those we serve and their best interests. You have a good attitude, are friendly, and helpful to others even in stressful situations. You show respect for everyone you meet at work.

You communicate information and ideas clearly. You ensure that your message is conveyed. You adapt your communication to the recipient, target group, and situation. You are comfortable in social situations. You are loyal to decisions made and can convey uncomfortable messages when necessary.
