Occupational therapy students are sought for summer positions in home healthcare

Job Responsibilities

We offer you the opportunity to work in several areas within home healthcare. This can be in the patient's own home, either in regular housing or in a care and nursing home, alternatively in a short-term unit where the patient stays temporarily.

You will work in the same way as our rehabilitation assistants, and the work is primarily done in close collaboration with the department's experienced occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

Your tasks will include assisting with treatment and training. Examples of other tasks include performing certain delegated interventions, managing assistive devices, handling appointments, etc.

You will work daytime Monday to Friday (40-hour week).

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is studying in the Occupational Therapy program and will complete semester 3, 4, or 5 this spring.

You have a rehabilitative approach, are responsible, and find it easy to collaborate with others. You need to be a responsible, attentive, and flexible person who enjoys working with people. With respect for the individual, you should have a professional demeanor that creates security and trust.

You have a good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish.

A B driver's license is required for the position.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.
