A good personal chemistry between the assistant and the customer is crucial for thriving in the role of a personal assistant. Each customer is unique, and their individual needs determine what you will do.

We currently have a need for substitutes who want to work as assistants in Bengtsfors and Ed.

There is a chance for a permanent position if you are the right person.

When working as a personal assistant, you will have a varied job. You will meet new people and may find yourself in new situations.

The tasks can range from assisting with meals, providing support, taking initiative, managing hygiene, dressing and undressing, to taking care of the home, as well as enabling the assistance user to work, study, engage in leisure activities, or socialize with friends.

We expect you to be able to work both independently and in a team. You have a driver's license and a car to get to a shift. You can work varied hours. You are flexible and want to help other people. You can speak and write fluent Swedish. You are over 18 years old.

* You need to have Bank ID/mobile Bank ID to view the schedule and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.
* Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
* Selection is ongoing, so apply in good time.

Salary and contract:
Inspirera Assistans applies individual salary setting, and as an assistant, you will receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights.

We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
