Now we are looking for you who want to become a summer substitute in personal assistance!

As a personal assistant, your work includes personal care, transfers, cooking, and various other household chores, as well as accompanying on different activities.

You need to be able to work independently and be calm and secure with working alone. You have a professional approach and put the user at the center. You are responsible and have good collaboration skills. In the role of assistant, it is important to be attentive and able to read situations.

The care and support are provided based on the individual’s needs, integrity, and self-determination. You have a statutory and professional responsibility for established tasks according to LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons) and HSL (Health and Medical Services Act). Documentation and medication management are included in the assignment. We use several digital tools.

Requirements

It is desirable that you have an approved education in health and care and/or education from the child and leisure program with a focus on social work or equivalent.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience of similar tasks and that you have a B driver's license.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other

We are looking for several personal assistants who want to work with us this summer.

Varied working hours, weekend work, and shifts with sleeping on-call duty may be included.
