Viljan Kombinationsboende in Gothenburg consists of two residences, Danska vägen and Lundvägen. One is located in central Gothenburg and the other in Sävedalen. We offer short-term accommodation for women aged 18–65 with comorbidity and various psychiatric and neuropsychiatric diagnoses and conditions. Our working methods are environmental therapeutic methods, MI, and low-arousal approaches. We are looking for summer substitutes and hourly employees for both residences. We are only seeking female staff.

We are looking for hourly employees and summer substitutes for our operations.

Your work involves supporting, motivating, and activating the client in everyday life based on the individual's goals and conditions.

• Temporary contact person for the client, which means being the main person providing support regarding cooperation with e.g., healthcare, caseworkers, psychiatry, or relatives

• Documentation

• Support the client in daily life with e.g., ADL training, planning, as well as care and authority contacts

• Support the client's daily well-being

• Perform planned interventions based on the implementation plan

• Medication management. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!

Requirements:

• Good computer skills

• You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You enjoy creating good relationships with clients and want to create value for them, as well as being able to easily communicate with caseworkers and other important contacts for the client. You would describe yourself as an independent and responsible person

• Support assistant/support worker and/or experience in social psychiatry

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Educational background in the field or documented experience of similar work with the target group
