JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a summer substitute within the care and welfare administration. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with variation at one of our units. As a substitute this summer, you will have the chance to work on a fixed schedule during the holiday period.

Within the administration, we actively work for everyone's work environment and create conditions for you to feel joy and satisfaction in your work every day. If you become one of us, we also offer you a calm and secure introduction.

As a personal assistant, you are a person's support in all situations of everyday life. This means a varied job where you support the user in everything from meal situations, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene to leisure activities and communication.

Your work is characterized by responsibility in meetings and interactions with other people. It is the needs of the individuals we support that guide your work.

The job involves you, together with other staff, providing support, service, care, and welfare. The interventions are individually planned, which means that the care recipient's individual needs and conditions are at the center. It may also involve assisting in everyday life and various social activities. The work requires a good approach, collaboration skills, a sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be able to work as a summer substitute in personal assistance with us, you need to:

• A valid criminal record check!
• Be able to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic computer skills
• Be at least 18 years old

It is an advantage if you have studied the Care and Welfare Program or another education deemed equivalent. Experience from care and welfare work is also an advantage. It is beneficial if you have a driver's license.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to others in order to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your and shared tasks with the users' best interests in focus.
