In this recruitment process, we have chosen to collaborate with Hubert.ai. This means that you will be invited to a chat-based first interview with our virtual recruitment assistant Hubert. You will receive a link via email to a chat where Hubert asks questions about the position, and you respond at your own pace. Once you have completed the interview, a recruiter will review your answers and assess whether you will proceed in the recruitment process. Hubert does not make any assessments but serves only as a support to make the process faster, smoother, and more equitable for all applicants. It does not replace the human interview but acts as a first step that helps us create better conditions for a more in-depth conversation later in the process. Hubert is approved according to the rules of the AI regulation and GDPR by our data protection officer.
The interview normally takes about 15-20 minutes to complete, and we prefer that you do it as soon as you can.
