JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a summer substitute within the health and care administration. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with variety in one of our units. As a substitute this summer, you will have the chance to work on a fixed schedule during the holiday period.

Within the administration, we actively work for everyone's work environment and create conditions for you to feel joy and satisfaction in your work every day. If you become one of us, we also offer you a calm and secure introduction.

As a summer substitute in housing support, which is part of social psychiatry, you will support individuals with mental illness or disabilities. Our goal is to create the best and most independent everyday life possible for those who come into contact with us.

In housing support, you often work independently and carry out shorter planned support interventions in the clients' homes. The work means that you, together with other staff, provide support, service, care, and assistance. The interventions are individually planned, which means that the client's individual needs and conditions are at the center. It may also involve assisting in daily life and various social activities. The work requires good interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, a sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.

You will work on scheduled hours during the day and evening, weekdays and weekends, with varying degrees of employment around 60-100%.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a summer substitute in housing support with us, you need:

• A valid criminal record check
• To understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic digital skills
• To be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have studied the Health and Care Program or another education deemed equivalent. Experience in health and care work is also an advantage.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to others to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your own and shared tasks with the clients' best interests in focus.
