Assistants sought for an 11-year-old boy in Lidköping.
We are looking for you:
This boy is looking for an engaged assistant who can help him in his daily life and make it fun and meaningful. The boy lives with his family in Lidköping. It is important that you enjoy the role of his assistant and that you are calm and confident in yourself. You should have a high degree of empathy, be good at listening and communicating, find it easy to collaborate, and be flexible. You do not need to speak fluent Swedish, but if you speak Swedish, English, or Spanish, it is an advantage.

Your tasks:
In daily life, you will be an important person in this boy's life. He needs help with everything from personal care to mobility, as well as communicating and socializing with his surroundings. He is a happy boy who likes singing and music. As an assistant, you will be the driving force in bringing play and movement into his life by, for example, listening to music, playing instruments, going to see animals, and perhaps going swimming. It is an advantage if you are trained as a childcare worker or have another healthcare or pedagogical education. You should be a non-smoker.

About the position:
We are looking for summer substitutes who can work full-time during the day/evening and night shifts. Working hours are scheduled for days, 07:00–19:00 or 08:00–20:00, and wakeful nights 19:00–07:00 or 20:00–08:00.

Documents proving the right to work in Sweden must be presented at a potential interview:
– Swedish citizens prove their right with a passport or personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency.
– EU/EEA citizens also have the right to work in Sweden. Citizenship is proven, for example, with a passport or residence permit.
– Third-country nationals (outside EU/EEA) prove their right to work in Sweden with a decision from the Swedish Migration Agency, a UT card (front and back), or an LMA card.
