JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a summer substitute in the care and welfare administration. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with variety in one of our units. As a substitute this summer, you will have the chance to work on a fixed schedule during the holiday period.

Within the administration, we actively work for everyone's work environment and create conditions for you to feel joy and satisfaction at work every day. If you become one of us, we also offer you a calm and secure introduction.

In daily activities, you support individuals with various disabilities. Participants are offered different activities tailored to their needs and circumstances. The operations often have different focuses and can vary between kitchen service, manufacturing, and dance/theater/music. Perhaps you have an interest you would like to combine with a job where you help people?

The working hours you can work within daily activities are 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday.

The job involves you, together with other staff, providing support, service, care, and welfare. The interventions are individually planned, meaning that the care recipient's individual needs and circumstances are at the center. It may also involve assisting in everyday life and various social activities. The work requires good interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, a sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a summer substitute in daily activities, you need:

• A valid criminal record check
• To understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic digital skills
• To be at least 18 years old

It is advantageous if you have studied the Care and Welfare Program or another education deemed equivalent. Experience from care and welfare work is also an advantage. It is beneficial if you have a driver's license.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to other people to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your and shared work tasks with the best interests of the users in focus.
