About the Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will work across the spectrum from customer perspective to product quality while playing a central role in digitizing quality work. You will be part of the Quality Team responsible for process and quality control in production and testing during the development of our products. In cross-functional collaborations, you will lead initiatives to improve product quality and prevent defects. You will also closely collaborate with department teams and be responsible for organizing and implementing competency-enhancing measures throughout the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for implementation, development projects, and improvement work within product quality

  • Handle internal deviations and follow up corrective actions

  • Develop, monitor, and analyze quality outcomes and eliminate quality deficiencies

  • Improve our internal processes based on COPQ and follow up quality outcomes in testing and production databases

  • Implement and monitor capabilities for our processes in production.

  • Develop processes, routines, and instructions

  • Streamline product quality through digitization

  • Participate in internal, external, and customer audits

  • Review customer and group specifications for further local implementation

  • APQP / PPAP management for the approval of new processes and products

  • Be responsible for internal training in product quality

Your Profile

Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement? Then you are the one we are looking for! You have a relevant university degree in industrial organization, engineering, process, chemistry, or equivalent, and several years of work experience in product quality.

Your background includes documented training in quality and improvement work, preferably in a role as a “Green Belt” within Six Sigma methodology.

We believe you are a person with a genuine interest in quality work and a strong conviction about continuous improvement. You are confident in your role and have knowledge of ISO9001, preferably also EN9100 or other industry-specific standards such as Automotive. You are experienced in working with SharePoint and have experience working in business systems.

You are familiar with methods and processes such as MSA, P-FMEA, PPAP, PRR, control plans, and capability studies. Knowledge of Minitab is a plus that makes you even more interesting to us. We value experience in statistical analyses and the ability to handle and analyze large data sets. As we operate internationally, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious. You are proactive and solution-oriented with a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively.
