You will work with the overall picture of production availability, efficiency, and safety – and you will do this according to Stena's way of working, where structure, collaboration, and continuous improvements are central.
The role does not include personnel responsibility, but you will have clear technical leadership where you drive issues, take initiatives, and move the business forward.

- Work closely with production, technology, and other contractors to drive the work forward
Who Are You?
You are a person who enjoys order, drive, and technology. You thrive close to operations, are confident in taking your own initiatives, and like to be the one who ensures things happen. Collaboration is something you value highly – but you can also independently take responsibility for driving development and results.
You meet one of the following:
- At least 3 years of experience as an engineer
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role within industry
In addition, you have:
- High school education
- Good knowledge of Office 365

- Driving license B
Meritorious
- Post-secondary engineering education
- Experience with maintenance systems, such as MaintMaster
- Experience with production or manufacturing systems
Why Work With Us?

With us, you will become a key person in the development of a business with high technical standards and great future potential.
