With an increasing volume of assignments and new projects in the industry, we are strengthening our consulting team with project managers, systems engineers, test engineers, ILS engineers, configuration managers, and engineers in design and preparation.

Your future challenge

As a consultant at AxÖ Consulting, you will work on assignments for a wide range of clients in the manufacturing industry and technology development. The assignments vary in both scope and focus and may include:

• Project management in technical development or industrialization projects.
• Systems work in complex technical environments.
• Testing, verification, and quality assurance.
• Support for aftermarket, service organization, and customers.
• Preparation of technical documentation.
• Working with life cycle cost analyses and cost optimization.
• Design, preparation, and production-related development.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

• An engineering degree or other post-secondary technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in technical roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• The ability to analyze, solve problems, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are confident in your skills, communicative, and responsible. You thrive in the consultant role and represent both yourself and AxÖ Consulting in a professional and trustworthy manner.

As a consultant, you are employed by AxÖ Consulting but work on assignments at our clients' locations. We have extensive experience in the recruitment and consulting industry, so we know how important it is to provide you with the right foundation to conduct a professional consulting business together.
