About the position As a project manager, you will play a central role in driving and coordinating projects from start to finish in a company that leads the development of smart assistive devices. You will lead cross-functional teams, keep track of timelines and deliveries, and ensure that all parties work towards common goals. You are a key person in creating conditions for both effective project execution and satisfied internal and external stakeholders.

Your future tasks In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and following up on projects, as well as supporting and leading colleagues along the way. You will ensure that projects meet time, budget, and quality standards all the way to delivery.

• Project planning and resource prioritization

• Coordinate and lead project teams

• Ongoing follow-up against goals, timelines, and budget

• Ensure effective communication internally and externally

• Identify and manage risks in the project

We are looking for someone who Formal experience is more important than titles – you have about 5-10 years of experience working with project management or have had a coordinating role in complex contexts. You have a structured approach to work and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project management

• Strong ability to plan, drive, and follow up on projects

• Ability to communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders

• Fluent in Swedish and good English, both written and spoken

• You are confident in your role as a leader and enable the team to perform through clarity, engagement, and accountability. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy driving successful results.
