About the Position:

We are currently looking for staff for the summer of 2026 as a personal assistant to our client just south of Varberg. It is a clear advantage if you have the opportunity for training and some work already during the spring. There is a chance for a permanent position after the summer if you enjoy the work and the client.

The work shifts are scheduled from 07-16, 16-23, 23-07 or alternatively day shifts with sleeping duty from 9-9. This is a double-staffed case, which means that there are always two people working at the same time. We are looking for male candidates aged 25-35 with strong social skills who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and preferably have a joking relationship with your client and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities:

Working as a personal assistant is varied and can change significantly from day to day. It also means having a meaningful job where you help another human being with the things in everyday life that many take for granted. This may include dressing oneself, cooking, taking a walk, or other essential tasks to make everyday life function.

As a personal assistant, you need to have empathy and respect for the person you are working for. The profession demands high levels of flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work based on the client's focus and wishes is crucial for your suitability as a personal assistant.

Given the significant care needs, we prefer candidates with experience in this area, but it is not a requirement as long as you feel comfortable in such situations, as employment begins with shadowing combined with training for delegated tasks.

*It is an advantage if you have an interest in sports, as it is common to watch hockey, football, MMA, and other sports together with the client.*

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as it involves receiving and giving instructions regarding the client's care
• B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a personal assistant
• Experience in care and nursing work
