We are currently looking for a driven Junior Supply Specialist for our client in the pharmaceutical industry! Our client is a Nordic subsidiary of a global, research-driven pharmaceutical company focused on prevention, diagnostics, and treatment of allergies.
In the role of Junior Supply Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain team for the Nordic region and assist in daily operations as well as simpler operational tasks related to pre-wholesalers and regional wholesalers. You will contribute to maintaining and implementing basic supply chain processes and follow the flow of information to customers, including pharmacies and hospitals. The role also involves assisting Regulatory Affairs during quality reviews and gives you the opportunity to develop within supply chain while contributing to the ongoing development of the business.
Your main responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Nordic Supply Manager, ensure distribution and deliveries within the Nordic region
- Plan and coordinate wholesaler negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and continuous product availability
- Monitor inventory situations in the Nordic region and report to the Nordic Supply Manager, relevant reporting systems, and other departments for quick handling of disruptions
- Collaborate with Nordic functions to assist in the budgeting process and prevent stock shortages
- Ensure regulatory compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Support registration tasks related to deliveries in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs
- Keep product lists and price registers updated and accurate
- Participate in relevant projects and contribute with a supply chain perspective
- Handle wholesaler-related issues accurately and on time
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client in Kungsbacka. The position is planned to start immediately or as agreed. The position is part-time at 60% with working hours between 8 AM and 5 PM. Working hours can be flexibly distributed between full days and half days.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of supply chain software (e.g., SAP or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office programs
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- It is an advantage if you have work experience in logistics or supply chain
