About the Company

STABE Drives AB offers system solutions in electromechanics and electrification to customers in the Nordic region. We work with various types of motor controls, such as servos, frequency converters, and rectifiers, which, together with motors and sometimes electric cylinders, are tailored to the customer's needs. Stabe is now looking for a Service Technician/Automation Engineer who can contribute with their expertise, has a positive engagement for technology, and is self-driven. As we continuously develop new solutions based on customer requests and new technology, we are looking for creative and meticulous individuals who enjoy learning new things. The ability to take responsibility, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a service-oriented mindset is a given for us.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will be to design solutions for customers. In connection with projects and commissioning, shorter trips, sometimes with overnight stays, are included. You will also provide support to customers via phone or email and, if necessary, perform troubleshooting on-site during machine downtime.

About You

We prefer that you have a high school education with a focus on automation, electrical engineering, control, and regulation technology or equivalent, and that you want to take the next step in your career. Experience in troubleshooting and PLC programming is advantageous but not required. Previous experience in industrial maintenance and robot programming is also a plus. You need to be able to work both independently and in a team, be meticulous, and be willing to make decisions. Knowledge of both hardware and software is desirable, but the role will be adapted to your strengths and interests.
