About Us

The group consists of about 13 people with a broad area of responsibility, including managing obsolescence within Electrical, Mechanical, and I&C. Coordinating and developing FME/Rent systems as well as the Ringhals Human Performance program. Managing and developing operational routines for the maintenance of the facility and holding functional responsibility for SAP PM. Furthermore, it includes the client function and portfolio coordination for maintenance assignments and coordination of maintenance component replacements.

About the Job

We are looking for an engaged employee who wants to work closely with the project leader function in the Maintenance Department. The role means that you will be an important support in following up on finances, time, and resources for both individual assignments and the overall portfolio. You will:

  • Coordinate activities and ensure progress in assignments
  • Follow up on the status of assignments and the development of the portfolio
  • Handle financial tasks such as setting up new assignments, following up, and adjusting forecasts
  • Contribute to collecting and structuring information to strengthen the client side of the Maintenance Department

In the long run, your knowledge of assignments, portfolio, and facility will make you a key person in the work of developing the client function.

Requirements Specification

About You

We believe that you have:

  • A university degree, preferably in industrial economics or another relevant field
  • A good ability to structure and coordinate complex tasks
  • Interest and experience in financial follow-up and project management
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience with the SAP PS module
  • Knowledge of Power BI modules OPTI and CASA as well as Paris
  • Experience from project environments or maintenance operations

We are looking for someone who is structured and meticulous, with the ability to keep order even when many tasks are ongoing simultaneously. You are communicative and enjoy collaborating with different functions, while also being able to work independently and take your own initiatives. The role requires you to be analytical and have an eye for detail, but also to see the big picture and prioritize correctly. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and have a natural sense of creating structure in complex environments.
