About the role

As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on our installation projects, from quotation preparation and planning to purchasing, logistics, delivery, assembly, and follow-up. The projects are technical, complex, and involve many different components, suppliers, and phases. You will work closely with the CEO, technical support, assemblers, and other functions within the company. You will be a key person in strengthening our working methods, routines, and structure. The role is based in Frillesås and involves travel within Sweden/Nordics a few days per month.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Be responsible for several parallel projects and plan resources, purchasing, material flows, and logistics throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure work environment plans, risk assessments, self-checks, and other documentation
• Lead internal resources as well as external suppliers and assemblers
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and internal support functions.
• Standardize, streamline, and improve project processes and internal working methods
• Use and contribute to the development of our support systems such as Office 365, Planner, SharePoint, and OneNote

For the right person, there is an opportunity to eventually grow into the role of site manager with total responsibility for local operations, resource planning, and operational management.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Solid experience in project management, preferably from technical installations, construction, or other similar technical fields.
• Post-secondary technical education, preferably in construction or mechanical engineering.
• Good technical understanding and comfort in working closely with practical tasks.
• Documented experience with work environment plans, risk assessments, etc.
• Good system proficiency in Office 365 (Teams, Planner, Excel, OneNote).

It is not a requirement, but it is advantageous if you have experience in construction management, assembly, agricultural technology, or machine installations. It is also beneficial if you have previously worked on building processes and structures in a developing organization. Knowledge of BAS-P/BAS-U, ID06, fire protection in agriculture, or MVK is appreciated, as well as proficiency in German.
