We are now looking for an experienced Production Leader for our factory in Hyltebruk. As a Production Leader at Frauenthal Gnotec, you will lead the daily operations and have overall responsibility for ensuring that production within the department is carried out with high safety, quality, and efficiency for correct delivery to the customer. You play a central role in driving the work forward through clear leadership.

Job Description

As a production leader, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring the daily operations and ensuring that the company delivers what is required to the customer in the most resource-efficient and safest way
• Actively participating in production management meetings and follow-ups
• Being involved in continuously improving production results against targets in safety, quality, and productivity
• Being responsible for developing the skills of your employees to meet the department's and company's short- and long-term needs
• Work environment responsibility (physical and psychosocial) for your team and the area they operate in according to division and work environment delegation from the production manager
• Ensuring that chemical handling is done correctly
• Conducting ongoing development conversations with employees within your own group as well as salary discussions
• Being responsible for the development and application of knowledge and skills within your area of responsibility
• Ensuring that the company's safety regulations and protective measures are followed

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry or similar
• Experience in personnel responsibility and leading an operation
• Experience working with work environment issues and safety work
• Good knowledge of production economics
• Experience working in ERP systems
• Experience working in Agda
• Knowledge of quality work and deviation management
• Good knowledge of processes, quality, and work environment
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
