Do you want to spend the summer playing a key role in one of Halland's largest logistics companies? Biltema Logistics is now looking for a logistics coordinator for our operations who thrives in a clearly operational role with daily presence in and close to the warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role for those who like to be where the action is and want to work practically with logistics flows in daily operations. We are looking for structured and solution-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where the pace is high and decisions are important. You have an analytical ability and enjoy working with people. Together with colleagues in the warehouse, you will support warehouse operations with operational logistics issues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is over 18 years old and available for work during the summer (June–August). Start can occur earlier by agreement.

• Has completed upper secondary education. It is an advantage if you have ongoing or completed higher education in logistics, economics, IT, or a similar field.

• Has good computer skills and experience working in business systems or warehouse management systems, such as Astro M2 and O2. (advantageous but not required).

• Has good communication skills and can collaborate effectively with colleagues and external parties. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• As a person, you are self-driven and structured with a high service and collaboration ability. You work in a structured manner but have the ability to be flexible in meeting others without deviating from established routines and processes. You have a professional approach to your work.

• As a Logistics Coordinator at Biltema Logistics, you have a central role in our operational warehouse activities. Your main tasks include:

• You help ensure the quality of goods going out to the stores and manage and inventory items in the warehouse.

• You check new items arriving at the warehouse and report them in Astro.

• You are IT's extended arm regarding hardware in the warehouse, such as handheld scanners and truck computers.

• Work in our logistics system to manage orders and flows.

  Working hours are scheduled from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
