In the role of systems engineer, you will work on integrating and configuring advanced technical systems in vehicles, and sometimes in container solutions. You will be responsible for requirements management, system design, documentation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, customers, and subcontractors, and is suitable for you who thrive on building “systems of systems” and have a good overall understanding. You will be part of a system team consisting of four colleagues.

• Integration of technical systems in vehicles and sometimes containers
• Installation and configuration of displays, operator stations, and management systems
• Combining subsystems such as radar and sensors into complete vehicle solutions
• Requirements management – breaking down customer requirements into technical solutions
• System design and technical agreements with customers
• Change management during the course of projects
• Support to project managers in risk analyses
• Extensive documentation work (Word and Excel) Most systems consist of purchased hardware with in-house developed software and are subject to safety requirements. It will be a natural part of your work to take this into account.

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Have approximately 5 years of experience working with vehicles, systems, or industrial system integration.
• Have a good understanding of system architecture, holistic perspective, and customer benefits.
• Have knowledge in mechanics and/or electrical design.
• Have a good ability to communicate in Swedish and English.

Meritorious:

• Experience from the automotive industry
• Experience with systems that have high safety requirements.

As a person, we see that you are an experienced Systems Engineer with the ability to read, formulate, and communicate requirements as well as break down a very complex system design into understandable technical requirements and also develop test cases and follow up on testing and verification.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where the customer has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
