JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a property manager, you hold an important role, bringing a broad municipal perspective while always keeping the operations' assignments in focus.

As a property manager, you will learn to balance and evaluate issues with these perspectives in mind, to lead the assignment and guide the operations correctly.

The operations are entirely dependent on the premises being suitable and accessible during all the times they are needed. Your tasks as a property manager are based on short- and long-term maintenance planning, monitoring operational and maintenance costs, and working to maintain good relationships with your tenants.

However, you also work equally on the development of the properties and coordinate development opportunities, the needs of the operations along with the maintenance of the property.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university education or equivalent training focused on property management, or relevant work experience that we consider equivalent.

You need to possess:

• Construction technical knowledge
• Installation technical knowledge
• Property economic knowledge
• Property legal knowledge
• Knowledge and experience in customer service
• Knowledge in maintenance planning
• Experience in construction project management
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing
• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have experience in procurement according to LOU.
