We are now looking for a Product Developer

Do you want to play an important role in the development of Decon's future product range? The goal is to strengthen the development department with additional expertise to increase the pace of development and meet the strong demand for the company's products.

The products have a high technical content, and development takes place in close collaboration within the team as well as together with users and suppliers.

Your main focus is mechanics, mechanical design, and you will work with the entire product development cycle, from conceptualization and design to prototype development and production implementation.

You are likely skilled in 3D CAD and have experience in creating and analyzing mechanical designs. You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and material choices and possibly have an engineering degree from a university.

Technical documentation is a natural part of the development services to manage models and versions and to ensure traceability. As a product developer, you will be involved in various development projects and report to the R&D Manager.

We highly value personal qualities and place great importance on good collaboration and communication skills. In this role, you will have many international contacts, which requires good knowledge of English.
