Hydraspecma in Våxtorp is an established player in hydraulic components and an important subcontractor to the automotive industry. We are now looking for a Quality & Environmental Manager who wants to take overall responsibility, drive improvements, and further develop working methods in a modern industrial operation.

Here you will have a key role with significant authority, close to both production and management – in a company where structure, quality, and collaboration are crucial for success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Quality & Environmental Manager at Hydraspecma, you will have overall responsibility for developing, driving, and following up on the company's quality and environmental work. You will ensure that our processes, systems, and working methods meet both customer requirements, legal requirements, and internal goals – while driving improvements that strengthen quality, delivery reliability, and sustainability.

The role is both strategic and operational, with close collaboration with production, technology, management, as well as customers and suppliers.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Own and further develop the company's quality and environmental management system

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards within quality and environment

• Lead and follow up on internal and external audits

• Be a qualified support in internal and external quality deviations as well as in customer and supplier dialogue

• Drive analysis of deviations, key figures, and root causes – and translate this into improvement work

• Be responsible for strategic environmental management, including environmental goals, follow-up, and reporting

• Lead and support environmental-related improvement projects such as energy efficiency, waste, and resource use

• Educate, coach, and create engagement around quality and environment within the organization

• You will drive and work with P-FMEA work on site

• Work closely with production and have the authority to act on quality or safety risks

We are looking for someone with experience in quality and environmental work within manufacturing industry, preferably as a subcontractor to the automotive industry
