Now you have the opportunity to do so with us at Ringhals. We work together for a fossil-free future and need more engaged colleagues who want to help develop one of Sweden's largest electricity producers.
We are now looking for a Planning Engineer/Team Leader for the Group - Operations and Maintenance.
About Us
About the Job
As a planning engineer/team leader for Operational Protection in operations and maintenance, you will be part of a team of two team leaders who together lead the team in the area of operational protection, which includes both radiation protection and working environment.
The work spans all operations and includes, among other things:
- Planning resources within the operational area to support the organization from a protection perspective.
- You participate in overview and detailed work where you represent and safeguard the unit's interests.
- You are responsible for revision and daily operational planning where protection aspects must be optimized against other operations. Collaboration with other technical branches occurs frequently, and you may need to act flexibly and prioritize the right measures.
- Documentation responsibility, which means you will work on developing, implementing, and managing routines for our operations.
The work is broad and involves both practical and administrative tasks. Acting as an instructor in the group's radiation protection training and being part of Ringhals's emergency preparedness is also included in the position.
Requirements
About You
We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and a few years of experience in planning and coordination. For the role, it is also important that you have an excellent ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
Desirable:

The work involves freedom under responsibility, which means you need to be self-driven, meticulous, and proactive. You communicate easily and enjoy collaborating across boundaries. To contribute to the unit's development, we hope you are creative, attentive, and positive towards change.
In the role of planning engineer/team leader, you have the ability to create engagement, collaboration, and good performance. You inspire others, contribute to a good working environment, and always have safety in focus.
