We are now looking for a Development Engineer who wants to help shape the technology of the future with us!

About the role

As a Development Engineer with us, you will play a key role in the development of our electron accelerators and associated systems. You will work on technical development and further development of our products – from idea and concept to verified and implemented solution. The role includes both analytical and practical development work as well as close collaboration with colleagues in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, and production.

You will participate in testing, analysis, and improvement work and contribute to ensuring that our products remain at the forefront of technology. Here, you will be part of an engaged team where innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence are in focus.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and participate in development projects from concept to finished solution

• Develop technical requirements, concept solutions, and verification methods

• Perform analyses, tests, and evaluations of function and performance

• Identify and implement technical improvements and innovations

• Collaborate with production, suppliers, and customers during development and implementation

Your background

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and a desire to develop in the role and within the company.

We believe you have:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, engineering physics, electrical engineering, or equivalent

• Experience in product or system development within industrial operations

• Strong analytical skills and experience in technical investigations and testing

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• A valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Experience in interdisciplinary development (mechanics, electrical, automation, control systems)

• Knowledge in simulation, calculation, or verification of technical systems

• Experience working with high-tech or customized machine systems
