The Corporate Staff Communication's mission is to contribute to strengthening Region Skåne's brand and realizing decided operational goals, political decisions, and vision through professional communication efforts. The area of Regional Coordination and Service belongs to the Corporate Staff Communication and is tasked with supporting the service administrations, the Department for Regional Development, the corporate staff HR, procurement, and finance, as well as the corporate office staff by developing effective and cohesive communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of project manager, you have a central assignment with great responsibility and personal drive. You work on the task of reviewing how the content of our region-wide communication best meets Region Skåne's strategies and goals. You concretize the strategies by proposing changes. You are responsible for ensuring that the decided changes are implemented in practice.

Additionally, your work involves:

• Leading the project to review and further develop the region-wide content on Region Skåne's website skane.se with subpages.
• Conducting workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather needs, insights, and ideas.
• Performing comparative analyses against other actors to draw inspiration and identify best practices.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the project progresses with a holistic perspective.

You report to the area manager for Regional Coordination and Service and play a central role in Region Skåne's continued development in the area.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in media, communication, marketing, or equivalent. You have extensive experience in project management within digital communication and a solid understanding of target group analysis, content strategy, and current digital trends. Additionally, you have previously worked strategically with environmental monitoring and have a good ability to analyze digital opportunities and challenges. Your communication skills are very strong, and you are accustomed to expressing yourself clearly and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We seek someone who is a strategic and analytical person with strong drive and great commitment. You have a genuine interest in digital solutions and trends and are skilled at independently driving complex projects with many stakeholders in a structured and solution-oriented manner. Furthermore, you find it easy to collaborate and have a relationship-building working style, and are used to building trusting dialogues with various target groups. Your ability to understand complex issues, see the big picture, and translate this into concrete results makes you a strong asset to the department.
